Testimonials

“I had some pre-birth sessions with Amy and it was so beneficial. Amy taught me how to breathe and use my body during contractions/birth and I was able to practice this before I was in labour, which made me feel prepared and confident. It is empowering as a woman to understand my body and I believe this helped me during my birth and also a better recovery afterwards.”
